As the original purchaser of content sold on GATEFORALL, you are entitled to access and use the content which is identified in the course and which is on the GATEFORALL website, at  www.gateforall.com("Website"). In order to access and use this content, you must register with GATEFORALL and create a password to use in accessing the content on these Websites.  

Your password is unique and exclusive to you, and you may not transfer your password to any other person or allow any other person to use your password to access or use content on the Website. You agree to notify GATEFORALL immediately if any other person makes unauthorized use of your password. GATEFORALL reserves the right to suspend or revoke your password and can take the legal action in the event of any misuse of your password or any use of your password in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of cancellation of any course or service , the user will not be entitled to any refund or payment.

In the event of any such suspension or revocation, you will not be entitled to any refund or payment. 

Once a user joins in any course (Online Test Series/ Online Video Course/ or Any Other Course) of GATEFORALL, the user will be considered as a student of GATEFORALL. GATEFORALL holds all rights to use the name, photo, rank and result of the user for marketing, commercial and promotional purposes.

We may publish the name, photograph and rank of the student in the list of successful candidates for publicity and commercial purpose. The photograph of the student will be taken from the student through mail

Course Period and Devices:

All the Online Courses (Online Test Series/ Online Video Course/ or Any Other Course)  will be directed according to the time table defined by the GATEFORAL.  The course window will be shut after the given dates and course won't be accessible on the GATEFORALL platform

All the courses of GATEFORALL contain information obtained from the authentic and reliable sources. Every effort had been made to avoid the errors or omissions in all the courses. It is notified that we as the author/publisher/designer/course providers will not be responsible for any damage or loss of action to any one, of any kind, in any manner or form

Note that you can access course content on only one Laptop/desktop and on only one mobile/tablet. So please login through the devices that you access most

Payment Failures:

For any failures in online payment and in the event that the amount gets deducted from your saving/current account and not credited in GATEFORALL's account, GATEFORALL will not be responsible for any refund. For this situation, user should first contact the Bank and afterward to GATEFORALL to inform the issue..

GATEFORALL will not be held responsible for any damages the user suffers because of utilizing the payment gateway. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend GATEFORALL from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, awards, settlements, costs and expenses (including attorney's fees and court costs) arising out of or resulting from your use of this Website, Technical Failure or the Incorrect use of online payment gateway or on or the violation by you of any of these Terms of Use.

In the event the user shares any of the copyrighted materials to the other party without a prior written consent from us, the user shall be liable for legal actions taken against it by GATEFORALL and any other third party for infringement of theintellectual property rights of such parties.

WE WILL USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION( Name , Photo, college Name ) & GATE RANK  FOR MARKETING AND ADVERTISEMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
